JIINDAL RIFENG Composite Pipe is made of Five Layers.
The inside & outside layers comprise High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) or Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE), tightly bonded with melt adhesives to the mid layers of Aluminum Core, which is longitudinally welded in an overlapping way. 1) An outer layer of polyethylene. 2) An intermediate layer of overlap-welded AL
3) Two binding layers of adhesive binding the AL pipe & outer layers.
4) An inner layer of polyethylene.

The water distribution of Jindal Composite Pipe has been designed to facilitate installation and increase functionality: type of pipe, installed with special brass alloy fitting enables for water distribution, heating system and gas. PE-AL-PE pipe offers the advantages of both metal and plastic pipes with none of their shortcomings.

The negative aspects of metal such as corrosion, toxicity, deposits, rigidity, weight, pressure drops, are prevented be the inner layer in PE. The negative aspects of plastic, such as permeability to gas, to UV-rays, high thermal expansion and instability, are overcome thanks to the aluminum pipe component.
